We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule are asked to provide as much advance notice as possible.

J & J Plumbing provides a warranty on all work performed. Warranty terms vary by service type. Contact us directly for specific warranty information related to your service.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

It is your responsibility to ensure all contact and billing information provided is accurate. J & J Plumbing is not liable for service delays or errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Coupons such as our "$10 Off Any Service" offer must be presented at the time of service. Coupons cannot be applied after a job has been completed or invoiced.

Only one coupon or promotional offer may be used per service visit. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Promotional offers are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without prior notice. Offers are valid only while listed on our website or marketing materials.

J & J Plumbing of Tampa Bay is fully licensed and insured and takes all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage resulting from customer failure to disclose known hazards, underground utilities not properly marked, or acts of nature.
